| Choose a city | Warsaw is the cultural, entertainment and financial capital of Poland. With a rich and often troubled history, this large European city is a tremendous place to visit. Here are a few suggestions for recommended things to do in Warsaw: Palace of Culture and Science
Blue City Blue City is Poland’s first and biggest shopping mall with over 200 shops. You'll also find cafes, restaurants, a skate park, go-kart track and a small amusement park. One of the most visited attractions if Warsaw with both tourists and city residents. Highly recommended.
Museum of the Warsaw Uprising Opened in 2004, this fascinating interactive museum tells the story of Nazi occupation and the famous uprising. Located in a former power station, this excellent attraction offers English-language tours and is just 5 files from central Warsaw. An interesting and enjoyable history lesson.
Russian Market Located at the foot of the national football stadium, the Russian market is a chaotic bazaar where traders from all across Russia sell all manner of objects and knickknacks. Unsurprisingly, the most popular items are pirated CDs and DVDs and the never ending mountain of fake designer goods. Remember to bargain hard and keep an eye on your handbag. |
