Oford Castle, Woodbridge

Oford Castle was built by Henry II way back in the 12th century and the impressive erection continues to dominate the landscape today. Admission is £4 for adults and £2 for the kids Monday to Friday from 10am to 5.30pm every day of the week. High Lodge Forest Centre, Brandon

High Lodge Forest Centre is an outdoor playground for children and grown ups alike. Take a bike ride, climb the assault course or just enjoy the abundance of bird and animal life. Sutton Hoo, Woodbridge

Sutton Hoo is an archeological treasure chest where excavations discovered a 90ft Anglo-Saxon ship filled with fascinating artifacts from hundreds of years ago. Admission is £5 for adults and £2.50 for the kids every day from 11am till 5pm. In the winter months the site closes a little earlier at 4pm.
