The Royal Citadel Situated in The Hoe, The Royal Citadel is a 17th century fortress erected to protect the city's historic harbor. The wonderful interiors of the majestic building are matched by the beautifully landscaped gardens which surround the Citadel. Guided tours of the site are available with tickets purchased at the Citadel's main gate on designated tour days.
Plymouth Boat Cruises What better way to appreciate Plymouth's fantastic coastal location that on a relaxing boat cruise. With so much to see including the huge nearby naval base, this is a terrific activity for all ages. One hour tours run every half hour beginning at 10:45am. The highly recommended four hour tours operate every other day at the same times and intervals.
