Hereford Cathedral is impressive enough on its own but it also houses a huge chained library and the largest pre 15th century map in the world. Admission is £4.50 for adults and £3.50 for the kids Monday to Saturday from 10am to 4.15pm. On Sundays the cathedral opens from 11am to 3.15pm. Hergest Croft Gardens, Kington
