| Choose a city | Located on Lake Michigan, Chicago is the third largest city in the United States. It's a leading global city as well as the business, financial, and cultural capital of the American Midwest. Chicago has a rich cultural heritage, and offers the tourist a multitude of things to do. Take a look at some of the main Chicago attractions: John Hancock Center
Millennium Park The $230 million Millennium Park is a beautiful contemporary park with fountains, landscaped walkways and so much more. The park is home to many wonderful sculptures and works of art, the most famous of which is the giant jellybean shaped The Cloud Gate. Since opening in 2004, The Millennium Park has quickly become one of the most popular parks in the United States.
Shedd Aquarium The Shedd Aquarium is a spectacular animal attraction with thousands of fish and water mammals. Housed in a stunning circular building right by the lake, this is a stunning location to appreciate our underwater friends. There are few aquariums in the world that rival the Shedd both in size and design.
Art Institute of Chicago The Art Institute of Chicago is a first class museum with a huge collection of Impressionist and post-Impressionist paintings. Opened in 1879, the gallery has been a one of Chicago's cultural pillars for well over a hundred years. Highlights include Picasso’s The Old Guitarist, and Edward Hopper’s Nighthawks. Highly recommended even if you're not a great art lover. |
