by Vicky Lumsden There are no guaranteed ways to have amazing sex. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't. However, you can give yourself a much greater chance of it happening if you pay attention to each of your five senses: touch, taste, sight, smell and hearing.Touch Obviously sex will always involve touch and any form of touch around our erogenous zones is exciting. However, some people prefer it slow, some people prefer it fast and some people prefer a bit of both. You should always tell you partner what you want. If he's doing something wrong, tell him. Equally, if he's doing something right tell him. It's the only way he'll remember in the future. We all know about the supposed aphrodisiac properties of oysters but there are better ways to raise your temperature. Drunk sex is never very good but a couple of glasses of wine can really get you in the mood. It can increase your levels of desire as well as softening your inhibitions which can sometimes be a barrier to great sex. Eating food from each others bodies can be fantastic if it's done right. Don't buy any food products specifically designed for sex. These are invariably disgusting. Instead use natural foods such as strawberries and cream to get your taste buds really tingling. And finally of course, we have our own natural flavours. For many people these are an acquired taste but they do contain huge quantities of pheromones - the chemical that gets our engines running. |
