Lots of foreplay

First time sexual intercourse can be somewhat disappointing as we will come to later. It may only last a minute and it may be slightly painful. It's therefore vital not to jump straight into the actual sex. Engage in lengthy foreplay beforehand to ensure. Not only will this make your body more ready for insertion of the penis but it will help

First time disappointments

For some woman their first experience of sex is everything they hoped it would be. However, for the majority of women it doesn't quite live up to the hype. Most woman don't have an orgasm during their first time having sex. This can be due to many reasons - guilt, nervousness, your partner's inability to pleasure you properly. Also first time sex can be painful for some woman. This is because your body hasn't prepared itself for sexual intercourse. The guilt, nervousness ore inexperience has prevented your body from producing lubrication which helps avoid chafing. These feelings can also cause the vagina to cramp up which makes it difficult for the penis to enter.

The other main disappointment with sex for the first time is the length. If it is your partners first time or indeed his second, third or forth, you may find the whole experience over before you know it. Premature ejaculation is almost the norm with first time sex which is why it's important to engage in lengthy foreplay beforehand. With time your partner will stop getting so excited so quickly and the intercourse will begin to last longer.

The Final Thought

Sex is a fundamental part of our lives in terms of pleasure, bonding and reproduction. There can seem like a tidal wave of pressure to get started as soon as possible but there really is no rush. It may seem like everyone else is doing it but they're not. A recent survey showed that less than 45% of teenagers are sexually active. Wait until you are comfortable. Wait until you feel ready. Make sure you enjoy your first time.
