The weather in South Africa is mainly dry and sunny but the further east you go, the more likely you are to experience rain. Cape Town in the far south of the country can also receive it's fair share of the wet stuff but nothing like we're used to in the UK.

South Africa marriage laws
To get married in South Africa, you must be resident in the country
24 hours prior to the ceremony. You will need to present proof of ID in the form of original birth certificates and valid passports.
If either you or your partner is divorced or widowed you must also take with you your Decree Absolute or your former partner's death certificate. In South Africa, you must be 18 and over to marry without evidence of parental consent.
