Marriage Tip 70. Think Before You Speak

So many marital arguments could be avoided if we just took a moment to think before we spoke.

Blurting out whatever pops into your head will only cause problems.

Take a moment to think, "Do I really need to moan about that?" or "How can I phrase this in a non confrontational way?"

A little bit of tact and common sense can really make all the difference.

Remember, engage your brain before you let loose with your tongue.
