Continued from page 1 Reflect on good times Often we just need to remind ourselves that we haven't lived a joyless or worthless existence. Almost all of us have experienced some happiness during our lives and done at least one thing we are pound of. Reflecting on these times wont necessarily solve your problems but it is a thousand times better than dwelling on whatever it is that's getting you down.
If your depression is becoming a problem you can of course you go for therapy. In this country we are still extremely resistant to psychologists but in America seeing a therapist it is as common as going to the doctor. It really is good to talk.
