| Vernon Kay Biography Vernon Kay was born in Bolton, England on April 28th 1974. The tall, long haired Lancashire lad made his first step in the world of showbusiness when he was spotted by a model scout at the BBC's Clothes Show Live. His distinctive looks led to a successful modeling career with many television appearances.
In 1998, Vernon made the jump from modeling to presenting when he became one of the hosts of channels four's music show T4. Since then he has worked on a variety of programmes including Boys and Girls (2003), A Wife for William (2004) and HeadJam (2004).
In 2005 he was runner up to Carol Vorderman on Ant and Dec's Game show Marathon. |
