Matthew Wolfenden reveals sexy scenes were cut

Emmerdale hunk Matthew Wolfenden has revealed than the sexy scenes he filmed with beautiful bo-star Sammy Winward had to be cut.

Emmerdale viewers saw Matthew's character David Metcalfe passionately kissing Katie Sugden last week.

However, Matthew has revealed that much of the scene had to be left on the cutting room floor. He explains:

"We really went for it. The scenes were the steamiest I've ever done. We were both quite nervous as they wanted them to be steamy. So we just had to go for it."

"But there were issues about what was allowed to go out at 7pm - so some of the steamier bits had to be cut."

Matthew Wolfenden was born in Halifax in 1980 and appeared briefly in Hollyoaks: Let Loose before landing the role of David in Emmerdale in 2006.
