Neighbours actor Ben Nicholas has joined a band called Batman Street.
The young actor, who plays Stingray in the Australian soap, explains the kind of music the group plays, "The band's forte is jazz, swing, funk, that kind of thing... We've got three horns, a bass guitar, guitar, keyboards, a drummer and two singers."
Ben goes on to say, "We also do a lot of one-hit wonders and
80s classics, Mustang Sally and stuff like that. They have a different twist though because we put our own style on it."
Ben was born in Adelaide, Australia on December 10th 1987. After performing in several stage shows, he landed the role of Neighbours character Scott 'Stingray' Timmins in 2004.
