Home & Away has been nominated in eleven categories at this year's major Australian television award ceremony the Logies.

Home & Away stars Bec Hewitt, Ada Nicodemou, Chris Hemsworth and Joel McIlroy are all up for Silver Logies.

Dan O'Connor (Ned) and Pippa Black (Elle) have received nominations in the best male and female newcomer categories respectively.

However, the night looks set to belong to Kate Ritchie, who plays Sally in the Aussie soap. The eighteen year veteran is up for two awards, and amazingly this is the very first time she has been nominated at the Logies.

The prestigious Australian awards ceremony will be held in Melbourne on Sunday 7th May. Good luck Summer Bay!
