Enrique Miguel Iglesias Preysler was born in Madrid, Spain on May n8th 1975. His father is legendary crooner Julio Iglesias (if you haven't heard of him, ask your mum). He moved to the U.S.A. when he was eight and studied business administration at Miami University in his teens. However, he walked out after just twelve months of the course to purse a career in music.

In took him five years to release his first album in 1995 but once the music started is didn't really stop for the next ten years. In total, Enrique has released seven albums (many of which are in his native Spanish) selling close to 20 million records across the world.

In 2003, he made his first movie appearance in Once Upon A Time In Mexico. Although he in no way embarrassed himself, his acting talents are not quite a match for his musical abilities.
