David Patrick Boreanaz was born on May 16th 1969 in Buffalo, New York. He decided he wanted to become a movie star at a young age and eventually studied acting at Ithaca College in New York. As soon as he graduated, David moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the movies.

After some work as an extra, he received his first significant role as Kelly's boyfriend in the popular television series Married... with Children (1993). However, very little work followed and David looked destined to become another failed actor living in Los Angeles.

But in 1997, his whole world would change when he was cast as Angel in the television series Buffy The Vampire Slayer. The show became a worldwide phenomenon and David had finally made it.

After three seasons of Buffy, David received his own spin-off show entitled Angel. This proved to be just as popular as the original programme, and the show ran for five years (1999-2004).

David can currently seen on the television series Bones where he investigates unsolved crimes as Special Agent Seeley Booth.

David is married to the beautiful former Playboy Playmate of the Month Jaime Bergman. The unbelievably good looking couple have one child.
