Former Casualty and Holby City favourite Clive Mantle is to take to the stage in the theatre production of Killing Castro.
The action packed comedy is written by Brian Stewart, was first shown in the US and received considerable critical acclaim. Dubbed
'the play the CIA does not want you to see', the story is a marvelous cocktail of farce, politics and conspiracies.
The play will also feature Edward Hardwicke from the movies Shadowlands (1993) and Elizabeth (1998), and Michael Praed who starred in the 1980's television series Dynasty and Robin of Sherwood.
Housewives' favourite Clive played Consultant Mike Barratt in both Casualty (1992-1996) and Holby City (1999-2001).
