3. Commiserating the dejected Australian player Brett Lee after he failed to save his country from defeat against England during the Ashes. There are few attributes as attractive in a man as kindness and compassion.

1. Freddie Flintoff is a big star in more ways than one. He is exceptionally tall, towering over most people at 6ft 4in (1.93m). No wonder he hits the ball so far.

2. His nickname 'Freddie' is a due to his similarities to cartoon character Fred Flintstone. An overweight caveman? Maybe a few years ago but not now.

3. He has recently been granted the freedom of his home town Preston. The main benefit of this honour is that he doesn't have to pay for a pint ever again. Let's hope he behaves himself!
