Many people have heard of spirulina and how wonderful it is for your body but few people realise exactly what it is.

Spirulina is in fact a blue-green fresh water and is one of nature's oldest superfoods. It contains an incredible variety of vitamins, minerals and nutrients with everything from vitamin B to magnesium.
