Continued from page 1 Be realistic Set yourself goals that you can comfortably reach. If you set targets that you cannot meet, you will become disheartened when you don't reach them which will make you more likely to break your diet. The key is the maintain an enthusiasm for what you are doing. However, this enthusiasm should be maintained even if you don't see immediate results of your efforts. Stay motivated and you will be dropping dress sizes before you know it.Monitor your progress Keep a diary of your weekly weight loss and even what you eat each day. This may sound time consuming but it's well worth it. Not only can you see the progress you've made but you can see why one week was better than the next. This is always a reason why we lose weight one week but put it on the next. And the reason is almost always the food we have shoved into our mouths. The Final Thought It's easy right - if you want to lose weight simply stop eating so much. Unfortunately, for most people it just doesn't work like that. There are usually underlying reasons why we consume too much food. Sometimes eating may be the one of the few pleasures we get in day to day life. Its no wonder some people find losing weight so difficult. Sufficient motivation to stick to eating plan or exercise regime can be very difficult to find. However, you don't need us to tell you it will be worth it in the end. | ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
