Don't expect miracles

A good exercise regime over a period of months can completely transform the look and shape of your body. Love handles can be lost, muscles can be gained and skin can be tightened. However, don't expect to loose a stone in a couple of weeks. And remember the true benefit of exercising can only be fully seen if it is combined with a healthy, balanced diet.

Fear factor

And finally if you're still struggling to find workout motivation read about the dangers of being overweight and not getting enough exercise. It's not just how you look in that evening dress that's at stake, it's your health and potentially your life. Don't think I'll start getting more exercise when I'm older. By then it may be too late.

The Final Thought

Finding the motivation to exercise can sometimes be even harder than finding the motivation to change your diet. Most women today have very busy lives so it can be difficult to set aside time on a regular basis for working out. However, almost all of us have more time than we think. Planning your day will free up many hours you thought you couldn't possible have. There is more than sufficient time for a good exercise. If you want a healthy body and a slim figure this is time you must use. If you make your workouts interesting you might even begin to enjoy them.
