| Women and their weight - a constant battle that very few of us ever win. However, that doesn't mean we shouldn't try... and boy do we try. There are literally hundreds of diets out there and if you haven't tried every single one of them you certainly will know someone who has. But do any of them actually work. Sure, you can lose a couple of pounds but can you continue to lose weight and more importantly keep it off. Certain diets will work better for some people than for others and of course some don't work at all. Do you homework otherwise you'll be wasting time, effort and willpower - three things which are sometimes very difficult to find.
