What does Slim Fast involve?
The Slimfast diet plan involves replacing two meals and snacks with low-calorie Slimfast products, thereby reducing total calorie intake. The diet plan advocates consuming between 1200 to 1500 calories each day to lose weight gradually and permanently. The Slimfast plan also recommends at least 30 minutes of exercise each day.

As well as their own specially designed products, the Slimfast diet comprises a healthy balanced eating plan with an eye on portion size and calorie content. It doesn't prohibit any foods but instead places a limit of the number of calories you should consume each day.
