The Living Beauty Detox plan is a specially designed diet for women to help cleanse the body leaving you slim and beautiful both inside and out.
What does the plan involve?
The Living Beauty plan is based on the theory that women's physiology changes every day, week and month of the year. These changes require an eating plan to maintain nutritional, hormonal and even emotional balance. Through seven distinct elements, the Living Beauty plan targets everything from liver toxicity to healthy hair and skin.
Food and recipes
The Living Beauty Detox diet should last between three days and two weeks, and comprises following a diet of lean meats with a mix of fruit and vegetables. Fibre, herbal and vitamin supplements should be taken as well as Dandelion tea and a specially formulated Living Beauty Elixir to help cleanse the body. Sugar, alcohol, caffeine, white flour and hydrogenated oils should be avoided. There is a different diet for each season of the year.
The program does not give recommendations on an exercise routine to compliment its eating plan.
Eating out when on the Living Beauty diet could be difficult as you will need to choose dishes made from lean meats. Alcohol and caffeine are not permitted. And finally, you will need to buy special foods and supplements in order to follow the plan.
The Living Beauty eating plan has not been linked to many celebrities but you can be sure that any number of stars have tried the program. Whether they successfully lost weight with the living beauty program is another matter.
Does the plan work?
Cutting out fatty foods or those with a high sugar content will always help you to lose weight so the Living Beauty Detox plan does work. However, not only is the program expensive and labour intensive, but it can be extremely hard to follow. There are easier and more sensible ways to lose weight.
