Beauty Tip 01. We all need our beauty sleep

Sleep is the time when your body, and your skin in particular, gets to work and repairs the damage it endured during the day.

You may be inactive, enjoying a restful night in bed but your body is hard at work rebuilding, replenishing and rejuvenating your skin and hair.

It seems that we really do need our beauty sleep.

The average person requires approximately eight hours of sleep a night but some people can get by on six hours where as others are little more than zombies without ten.

It's also important to try to get the deep sleep that really allows your body to recharge its batteries.

If you 're having difficulty sleeping try going to bed at the same time every night and avoiding too much stimulation in the evening.
