Continued from page 1 5. Moisturize If your skin is dehydrated it will age, crack and generally make you look far from your best. Because we live in a world of central heating, air conditioning and polluted air we must our skin a helping hand to maintain that much needed moisture. And that help should come in the form of moisturizing cream. We've all been there - a spot comes up and it looks like a miniature Mount Everest sitting on your face. So what do we do? We pick it, squeeze it, pop it. This may reduce the prominence of the blemish but it also opens the door to a hole host of more serious effects. Picking a spot will invariably leave you with a permanent scar on your face which from that day on you will forever be trying to cover up with make-up. It also encourages infection to set in and then you really will have a mountain on your face. 7. Keep the water flowing Some people would have you believe it is necessary to drink gallons of water a day. Now, clearly this isn't the case but drinking enough water is vitally important to your skin as well as your overall well being. And despite all the media bombardment of recent years, most of us are still not consuming enough of it. | ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
