Continued from page 1 4. Too much perfume If like most women, you race through several bottles of perfume a year, you shouldn't apply it directly onto your neck or any other part of your body. Perfumes sometimes contain harsh chemicals which some people believe can have an adverse effect on your skin if continually applied to the same area. Of course, most experts will tell you it wont do you any harm, after all fragrances are extensively tested. In the end it's your choice but we recommend you apply perfume the professional way - spray in front of you and then walk into the sensuous shower of scent. If you're neck has already given up the ghost, it doesn't mean you have to as well. Fashion can be your friend and really help you hold on to that all important confidence. There are dozens of different polo neck designs available today that can keep your neck under wraps. But in all honesty you would be far better to say 'bugger it - I'm not going to hide away under high necked tops'. Okay, your neck doesn't look like it used to but neither does any other part of you. If you can't love yourself just a little bit, can you really expect anyone else to? |
