Beauty Tip 10. Make up foundations
A house needs to be built on solid foundations.
A smooth, level, surface is required to ensure that the materials
then applied on top are stable, secure and faultless.
In case you haven't guessed where we're going with this analogy,
the same rule applies to your make up.
To get the most from your cosmetics, you must start with a solid
foundation... and that means cleansing and moisturising your skin
before you reach for your make up bag.
Make-up can cover a multitude of sins but it simply doesn't work
if your face isn't properly prepared before its application.
