The eyes are not just the windows to the soul.
They're also a window to your overall health and well-being.
When you're feeling low, unwell or depressed your eyes will be
the first to suffer.
We all experience bags, puffiness and tied looking eyes from time
to time but these unfortunate conditions can all be overcome by
getting the sleep, and drinking the water, that your body needs.
Dehydration and lack of sleep are the worst enemies of vibrant,
healthy looking eyes.
Adding water directly to the eye area in the form of soaked cotton
wool or even tea bags can also help give your peepers a welcome
boost as well as encouraging the removal of toxins.
